Salmon Nuggets with Tarter sauce

2 Salmon fillets

1/3 cup plain flour

1 tablespoon of mustard

1 cup chopped Townhouse crackers

1/3 cup yellow cornmeal

That Salmon Thou spice by Taylor Homemade or spices of your choice


  1. Remove the skin from the salmon fillets and chop them into bite sized chunks.

  2. In one bowl add salmon and cover with mustard.

  3. Add flour, cornmeal, spices and crackers to a bowl. Add salmon. Make sure they are fully coated. Set coated salmon nuggets aside for 5 - 10 minutes. In order for the batter to set.

  4. Add to your air fryer or heat oil in a skillet and cook until golden brown

Tarter Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup dill relish

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 to 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard


Add to a bowl, mix and serve
