Pistachio Crusted Salmon

2 tablespoons pistachios finely chopped dry-roasted

½ Tablespoon Taylor Homemade Garlic Herb Olive Oil

2 6 oz fillets Salmon fillets 6-ounce

Preheat oven to 450°.

1. Combine pistachios, oil, spices in a shallow dish. Spread spice/pistachio mixture on top of fillets.

2. Place Salmon fillets on baking sheet, that has been covered with parchment paper and bake at 450° for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired temperature. Keep an eye on them- the Pistachios can burn easily!

Garnish with lemon or lime wedges
