Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts

1. 18 medium Brussels sprouts (about 1 1/2 pounds)

2. 8 strips of bacon cut in half

3. 1/4 cup Taylor Homemade Spicy Ginger maple syrup, plus 1/2 cup more for serving

4. Taylor Homemade Garlic maple spice blend


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a dark baking pan with aluminum foil.

2. Wrap each Brussel Sprouts with slice of bacon. 3. Dip in Taylor Homemade Spicy Ginger Maple Syrup and sprinkle Taylor Homemade Garlic Maple Spice blend on top.

4. Place opening of bacon face down on pan. To ensure bacon won’t unwrap.

5. Bake up to 20 minutes. *Bake a little longer if you prefer them crispier brussels*

6. Once done, place on a wire rack so Brussels can cool evenly.

7. Serve! You can
