Bacon Maple Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

4 strips of bacon

Half onion chopped (more or less totally up to you)

1 pound of Brussels Sprouts (halved)

Diced garlic

1/2 Tbsp. Spicy Ginger Maple Glaze by Taylor Homemade

House Blend by Taylor Homemade

This may be the easiest vegetable recipe ever! Not only is it easy but it’s delicious. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate, then roughly chop. In same pan with bacon fat, Add onions and Brussels Sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Season with House Blend by Taylor Homemade to taste, and toss chopped bacon back into pan. Top with a Spicy Ginger Maple Glaze and Serve immediately.
